The Highfield restaurant specialises in matching delicious fresh local produce with the ever so food friendly Highfield wines. Constantly changing seasons and delvelopment of the wines keeps the menu exciting and varied. The wine and food harmonies are created by the Chef, Simon Kelly and the Winemaker, Alistair Soper to give you one of the best culinary experiences in the Wairau Valley.
