The Marlborough Farmers Market is looking forward to a very busy 2008/09 Season where you can purchase your weekly shop from local Marlborough producers
The Market will be open from 9 am to 12 noon, rain or shine for all of your edible shopping needs where you can buy the freshest local product direct from the farm gate to the dinner plate
Blueberries, cherries, gooseberries and redcurrants will be in plentiful supply at the market this season. Plums and apricots will also be available at the market along with a large variety of vegetables and other Marlborough products.
You will find wild meats, olives oils, sheep milk cheese, saffron, herbs and flowers, meats, breads, preserves, pickles, field fresh vegetables and tree-ripened fruits. If it is grown or produced in Marlborough then you will be able to purchase it directly from the person involved in the production of it.
