Holiday Homes
Experience the Kiwi 'bach' (or 'crib' as they're sometimes called here in the South Island) tradition. Many New Zealanders have family holiday homes or cottages that they themselves use and also rent out to friends and others.
These holiday homes vary from tiny cottages on remote beaches to large homes with all mod-cons and stunning views. Holiday homes are almost always in idyllic locations beside beaches, rivers, lakes and forests.
